Site Supervisor
Qualification : Diploma / Degree in Horticulture  or Civil Engineering

Experience : 3 to 5 years 
Preferred residence location : Mumbai & Suburbs
Compensation : As per industry standards
Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment at site for labor.
  • Handling material stock on site
  • Coordinating and supervising with workers
  • Schedule, control and monitor all project activities and materials on a daily basis.
  • Procure tools and materials for project execution work in consent with Site Manager.
  • Preparing trainings for gardeners & training of Gardner. 
  • Coordinating with client on daily basis & resolving site issues.
  • Maintenance of tools & equipment at site 
  • Recruiting labors for various works at site
  • Coordinating with various department for project work
  • Monitoring quality of work 

Site Manager
Qualification : Diploma/BSc/MSc in horticulture or BE Civil
Experience : 4 to 5 years working with a landscaping firm or in similar industry
Preferred residence location : Mumbai
Compensation : As per industry standards
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Management & Execution of new development projects at per scope of work.
• Analyse work flow process and plan manpower & material requirement
• Meet or exceed contract budget expectations
• Responsible for all supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees.
• Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to customer service, or accidents.
• Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaint.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment at site for labor.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients & provide exceptional service.

Account & Admin Executive
Qualification : BCom
Experience : 2 to 3 years working with a CA firm or in similar industry
Preferred residence location : Thane
Compensation : As per industry standards
Roles & Responsibilities :
1) Generating Invoice using latest version of Tally
2) Verification of Vendors bills based on Internal control Policy
3) Accounting using cost centres
4) Preparing and completing accounting compliances.
5) Payroll management
6) Preparing & completing labor compliance
6) Organising, filing and updating admin & accounts documents on regular basis.
4) Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients & provide exceptional service.

Appropriate training and guidance will be provided.
